This son of the in 2014 keur predicate-awarded Berlin was invincible in the Stal Hendrix Competition for 5-year-olds. After being series leader by far for a long while, he claimed the prestigious title, together with his rider Pieter Keunen. Gaspahr thereby accomplished an impressive achievement.
The large bay stallion was approved in The Netherlands by the KWPN in Autumn 2014. Gaspahr stands out due to his tremendous power and light-footedness. In addition, the rideability of this big stallion is exceptional. His willingness to work is just one of his many qualities. His sire Berlin (Cassini I x Caretino) was a real ambassador for the Dutch sport under Gerco Schröder for many years. They were an unbeatable duo and won, amongst others, team gold at the World Championships in Aachen and European team gold in Mannheim. Thanks partly to his sire, Gaspahr has an incredible pedigree.
However, the damline is also interesting. Gaspahr’s damline goes back to Tangelo van de Zuuthoeve and the Hannovarian stallion Ragazzo (by Raphael). The sport and keur mare Costa was successful at 1.30m-level. Great-granddam Jante produced the Grand Prix jumping horse Triple (by Gran Corrado) who was very successful under Michel Hendrix for many years. They were partly responsible for team silver at the European Championships for Young Riders in 2008. The KWPN-approved stallion No Limit (by Indoctro) is also a son of Jante.
Note: Only the covering of EU licensed stallions can be delivered outside the Netherlands.
